Once again, the Floating Homes Association’s Annual Membership Meeting & Party will be held at the Bay Model. Registration opens at 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 24. The Annual Meeting begins at 5:30 and the dinner party kicks off at 7.
The party is free for FHA members and children under 14. Guests of FHA members pay $10 each. Memberships will be accepted during registration: $35 per year or $100 for three years. At the meeting, you’ll hear what’s new for the FHA community. Supervisor Kate Sears will update us on important local issues, FHA committee chairs will discuss their various activities, the 2017 FHA financial statement will be presented, the Member of the Year will be honored, and─of course─a drawing will be held for great prizes donated by local enterprises.
The menu for the party will be similar to last year with separate stations serving Asian and Latin American delicacies, a selection of gourmet deli items, and sweets.
