The Sausalito Center for the Arts (SCA) will host the Showcase Gallery for Marin Open Studios (MOS) with works from all of the 260 Marin artists in one location. After exploring the Showcase Gallery you can pick up your tour guide to artists’ studios all over the county, and plan to visit your favorites.
The Showcase Gallery will be open from Friday April 24 — Sunday May 10 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The individual artists’ studios will be open the weekends of May 2-3 and May 9-10, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The SCA will also host a Gallery Opening Party on Saturday evening, April 25 featuring champagne, fantastic food from Insalata’s and others, wine, chocolate from a top local chocolatier, and the chance to meet some of the participating artists. Guests can unlock surprises in the historic bank vault during the Pick-a-Treasure game, sip on special wines from the wine pull, and bid on incredible vacation stays in the auction.
