The Sausalito Village art show returns with an opening reception 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 6.
This year, to allow for an outdoor area for the opening reception, art will be displayed in the Edgewater Room in City Hall on the 6th. Wine, acoustic music and appetizers will be served outside on the Edgewater Patio. Some of the art pieces will be available for sale. Floating homes residents Teddie Hathaway and Flo Hoylman will show their works and waterfront painter/musician Stephen Ehret will play guitar during the reception.
On Sunday, August 7, the exhibit will move upstairs to the Sausalito Library, where it will be available for viewing during regular hours through September 24. This will be the first in-person Sausalito Village Art Show since 2019. In 2020, there was a virtual art show.
Sausalito Village is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the ability of its members to live independently and remain active in our community as they age.
