Norman Carlin, long term Liberty Dock resident known for decades as Norman the Plumber, died on September 4. His son Joey reported: “While having dinner with his girlfriend and another friend he was short of breath and he collapsed; he most likely had a heart attack. He was taken to the hospital and was put on life support and within a few hours he passed. He lived a good long life at 88.”

Friends and neighbors are invited to celebrate Norman’s life and times on September 28, 1:00-3:00 p.m. in the park near Van Damme Dock.
