FHA President Pete Hudson has a helpful reminder about accessing the FHA website:
As you have probably heard, the FHA launched a new website with MemberPlanet last April. You should have received an email invitation from the Floating Homes Association on April 4 inviting you to set up your account on our new website. The email contains an orange box that you can simply click on to get started. This is necessary for ALL current FHA members so that you can manage your membership, access member only pages, update payments, and ensure continuous membership status.
Can’t find the April 4 email reminder? Don’t worry! We sent out a follow-up reminder email on July 18 to all FHA members who had been invited to join but have not yet transitioned to MemberPlanet. Please check your inbox and follow the instructions.
Can’t find the July 18 email reminder? Don’t worry! Email us and we’ll get you squared away.
If you haven’t joined us on our new platform, please do so soon to avoid interruptions in your membership account or login difficulties. You will need your current email address associated with your old account and will need to create a password for your new MemberPlanet account. The old FHA website platform has been retired and MemberPlanet is now the sole platform for processing membership payments. Passwords can be reset if necessary.
If you encounter any issues, please contact us.
Thank you for being an FHA Member!
