After we published dates of April activities in Sausalito, two of the events have been postponed.
City Wide Yard Sale Rescheduled to April 27
Due to April showers on the 13th, Sausalito’s annual City Wide Yard Sale will be held this Saturday, April 27th. The sale will feature more than 80 seller booths at the MLK Parking Lot at 610 Coloma Street. This year’s sale will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Any questions about the yard sale can be directed to the Parks and Recreation Department at (415) 289-4152 or by email.
RBMA Donor Sail Postponed
The Richardson Bay Maritime Association has postponed the donor appreciation sail aboard the Matthew Turner, which was originally scheduled for April 13. The tall ship will host those who contribute $1,000 or more toward the restoration of the paddle wheel from the ferry Charles Van Damme for public display in the new park at Waldo Point Harbor. The postponement, likely ’til fall, gives donors more time to chip in. A new departure date will be announced later.
In the meantime, the RBMA will be accepting donations at the FHA’s May 19 Day in the Park and at Galilee Harbor’s Maritime Day on Aug 3.
