Melissa Blaustein, Vice Mayor of Sausalito, will be the featured speaker at the FHA Annual Membership Meeting Saturday morning, February 21, at the Bay Model.
Melissa is serving her second four-year term on the City Council, having been elected the youngest mayor in Sausalito’s history in 2023. She serves as Council liaison to the City’s Disaster Preparedness Committee; Library Board of Trustees; Outreach, MLK, IT, Transportation (OMIT) Committee and Sustainability Commission.
A Southern Marin native and dedicated marathon swimmer, Melissa can often be spotted swimming the Sausalito waterfront. So, she is intimately familiar with the ecology of Richardson Bay and the challenges of sea level rise.
