* around the Lagoon and the Bay waters beyond Liberty, South 40 and Issaquah. Waters around East and West Pier—and Commodore—are too shallow and tricky to navigate in the dark this time of year, but you can head over to Waldo Point Harbor and follow the music… Happy Hols.
