As we reported previously, Wilford Welch of East Pier has written an autobiography entitled A Wild Journey — values and circumstances that shaped a life. Tomorrow, he’ll be reading from the book at Sausalito Books by the Bay starting at 6:00 p.m.
Then on Friday, November 21, at 6:00 p.m. at the Sausalito Library, Wilford will share the backstory of his role in getting the Nixon administration to establish diplomatic relations with China, and some thoughts on the future of the emerging global competition between the world’s two largest economies.
