Save the day of Saturday, October 21 for the inaugural ‘A Toast to Sausalito’ wine, beer, and spirits festival from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Caledonia Street will be closed between Bee Street and Pine Street for the event.

If you are a beverage maker, merchant, artisan, or vendor interested in participating in this event, please fill out a sign-up form  or email the Sausalito Rec and Park Department.

Artists and designers are encouraged to submit their designs for the t-shirt that will commemorate the festival. The winner of the contest will receive a free t-shirt and two $45 tasting tickets to the street festival.

Adults who purchase a $45 wristband in advance ($50 on day of event) will sample the wares of local and regional brewers, vintners, and distilleries. Adult attendees also have the option of purchasing full-sized pours rather than buying a wristband.

Free and family-friendly components of the festival include a stage with live music, art exhibits and competitions, an interactive stage, and retail and food booths.

This announcement brings to mind pleasant memories of the popular Caledonia Street Festivals of 10-12 years ago, so it should make for a fun afternoon.
