Reservations have been pouring in for the FHA Annual Membership Meeting and party at the Victorian mansion known as the Pines.

The evening will begin with a one-hour business meeting featuring a panel discussion on the recent rent stabilization law covering our marinas, an address by Felecia Gaston, Marin City historian and activist, updates on FHA activities, a 2022 financial report, and door prizes.

Complimentary drinks and finger foods from Portside Catering will be served after the meeting while attendees tour the restored mansion.

Due to space limitations, this meeting is open exclusively to active FHA member households. Last week, members received an invitation with a link to RSVP. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis, so search for your email and register NOW if you haven’t already.

Because parking is tight in the neighborhood of the Pines, WestPark Express will provide free shuttle service from the floating homes community to the mansion, which is ADA accessible. Shuttle instructions will be emailed to each registrant.

Volunteers are also needed to help this event run smoothly. If you can help, please contact FHA VP Pete Hudson.
