Five days of king tides (over 6.5’) will begin this Saturday, causing flooding in low–lying areas of Southern Marin. Here’s the schedule:
- Sat. 1/29 8:32 a.m. 6.7’
- Sun. 1/30 9:28 a.m. 6.9’
- Mon. 1/31 10:21a.m. 6.9’
- Tues 2/1 11:12 a.m. 6.8’
- Wed. 2/2 12:02 p.m. 6.6
Be sure any guests and workmen are aware of these tides—and don’t forget to relocate any vehicles parked in these low–lying areas, particularly smaller vehicles and vehicles where the engine is lower to the ground, as water (and especially salt water) can be very damaging.
