Urgent Message from FHA President Pete Hudson: The FHA has initiated a funding campaign to help the FHA offset the costs for outside legal counsel. These costs could reach $11,500. Annual Meeting Agenda Set
Here is a preliminary agenda for the Annual FHA Membership meeting on Saturday, February 24.
At the Seahorse Restaurant, 305 Harbor Drive, doors will open at 5:30 p.m. The meeting starts promptly at 6:00 p.m. with information and updates about our community, including:
- Latest news and Q&A on the current vacancy rent control legislation
- Presentation on marine life in Richardson Bay by resident Marine Biologist Michael Konrad
- The ever-popular door prizes
After the meeting, join your neighbors for food, drink, and music (Hot Clams).
The evening is free for members and one guest; additional guests are $15.
