Currently certified Community Emergency Response Team members are invited to attend free quarterly meetings to refresh their skills. The next meeting, hosted by the San Rafael Fire Department, will be on Wednesday, March 11 from 5:30–7:00 p.m. at Canal Alliance, 711 Grand Ave, San Rafael.
This meeting will feature training on how to organize teams during an emergency, gather important information, and coordinate effective response efforts.
There will also be discussion and feedback on CERT refresher courses, giving attendees an opportunity to help shape the CERT program. and the training and resources CERT members need.
This meeting is for current CERT members only, but advance reservations are required.
