The recent Sausalito Center for the Arts Open has been a huge success. Jurists reviewed almost 1500 artworks submitted by 590 artists to the first annual Open. Now over 271 pieces of work by 197 artists are installed throughout the gallery. In the words of founding Board Member Monica Finnegan, “SCA has never looked more professional or so inspirational.”
Celebrating this SCA Open, six artists from all genres will be offering free demonstrations of their work on Saturday November 8, from noon to 4:00 p.m. Monica invites the public to “attend and enjoy a day of artistic indulgence.”
