Katie Ladd and John Howes were successful bidders at the FHA Annual Meeting in March for a stay at a historic home in upstate New York. The home, a National Register site on a mill pond, belongs to their East Pier neighbor Susan Huxtable, who also chaired the auction at the annual meeting. Katie and John spent a long weekend in September as the leaves were turning, with Susan as their hostess.
