On Saturday, November 8, women from Sausalito — including many from the floating homes community — took to the streets to defend women’s rights, their bodies and their future. After gathering at Dunphy Park, over 300 women marched through Sausalito carrying signs and chanting. Cars honked in agreement and drivers were waving.

The gathering was in conjunction with an annual nationwide event where women come together to protest and to protect women’s rights.
