The Sausalito Center for the Arts (SCA) presents a festive fundraiser on Saturday, October 26: Milagros & Memories: Celebration of Día de los Muertos.
From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., guests will enjoy live music, a Mexican buffet, dancing, and an open bar. Master of Ceremony Jay Alexander, master magician and comic from Kappas W., will preside over a vibrant night of music, dance, and culinary delights. An exhibition of contemporary Bay Area Mexican American & Latino artists will present a complex and dynamic culture that pulls elements from its historical Mexican, Latin, and indigenous roots, all presented with a modern twist.
Attendees are encouraged to come dressed in Day of the Dead attire. Face painting stations will be available to help perfect your look. Don’t miss out on this night of celebration, culture, and community in support of the Sausalito Center for The Arts.
