Urgent Message from FHA President Pete Hudson: The FHA has initiated a funding campaign to help the FHA offset the costs for outside legal counsel.  These costs could reach $11,500. We need your support. Your donation will help ensure that the FHA can obtain valuable legal advice. Please consider donating any amount to our campaign; we are in this together. You can make a donation now on the FHA website or in person at the Annual Meeting on February 24 at the Seahorse Restaurant.

Annual Meeting Agenda Set

Here is a preliminary agenda for the Annual FHA Membership meeting on Saturday, February 24.

At the Seahorse Restaurant, 305 Harbor Drive, doors will open at 5:30 p.m. The meeting starts promptly at 6:00 p.m. with information and updates about our community, including:

  • Latest news and Q&A on the current vacancy rent control legislation
  • Presentation on marine life in Richardson Bay by resident Marine Biologist Michael Konrad
  • The ever-popular door prizes

After the meeting, join your neighbors for food, drink, and music (Hot Clams).

The evening is free for members and one guest; additional guests are $15.

Not a member? Become one before the event, but hurry, membership dues increase on February 24.
