Sausalito Village is looking for artists 60 and older from zip code 94965 to display their works for sale at a Sausalito Center for The Arts (SCA) exhibition November 14-24. Art from students of MLK School will also be showcased.
All art media will be accepted. Due to limited space, this will be a juried show.
To be considered for submission:
Email the following information to Teddie Hathaway by October 15, 2024
- Photo of the artwork (remember it will be juried based on the photo so be sure to send a good one)
- Description of the medium including size, weight and price (NOTE: entries must be 36 “x 36” or smaller and weigh 20 lbs or less)
- Your Name, Address, Email and Phone
Artists will be notified by November 1 if their work will be included
DETAILS for chosen art for the exhibition:
- All art must be for sale
- Art will need to be delivered to SCA in the morning of November 13 between 10:00 a.m. and noon
- Framed art must be READY TO HANG (mounted and wired)
- All art will be hung that day (sorry no latecomers)
- SCA will take a 35% commission on sales so price your art accordingly
- When you drop off artwork, you will need to sign a waiver of liability to participate in the show
- There is no storage space, all unsold art must be picked up November 24 by 5pm at the close of the show
