
Membership is the lifeblood of the Floating Homes Association. The introduction of AB 754, amending our rent control legislation, is a shining example of what the Association and community can do when we pull together.
Now the FHA is seeking a volunteer membership coordinator. If you like nerding-out with databases . . . enjoy helping people . . . and want to get involved in your community, the FHA just may have an opportunity for you.
We are currently seeking a volunteer coordinator to assist with membership management. Tasks include day-to-day database maintenance, responding to member inquiries, and helping coordinate membership drives and events. Position involves working with the other FHA Board committees, the Treasurer and our website manager. Time commitment would be a few hours each week with occasional attendance at the monthly Board meetings. Experience navigating online database platforms is preferred.
