Performing Stars was established in July 1990 to help underserved kids in Marin County achieve their full potential. Based in Marin City, the non-profit celebrates its 30-year anniversary on Saturday, December 12 with an online gala titled Le Cirque des Etoiles (The Circus of the Stars). From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., the fund-raising event will feature circus performers, aerialists, magicians and musicians, plus  the personal stories of alumni who have been supported by Performing Stars throughout the years.

Special guests will include Carlos Santana, Sammy Hagar and many more. Silent and live auctions will offer many valuable items, including a signed guitar from Carlos Santana.

The Performing Stars appeared at the last Floating Homes Tour, playing music and twirling batons. They volunteered to support our community fundraiser and we can do the same for them by attending this very unique online event. Pam Bousquet, a, brilliant, generous, and all-around amazing woman whom we recently lost, was very involved with the Performing Stars. Attending this gala would be a way of paying tribute to Pam.

Tickets range from $30 to $500.
