The Marin County Board of Supervisors has notified the FHA that it will hold a public hearing at the next regular meeting of the Marin County Board of Supervisors.
WHERE: in the Board Chambers (Room #330—Administration Building) Civic Center, San Rafael.
WHEN: Tuesday, May 3 at 1:30 pm
PURPOSE: to consider a proposed program to implement the County’s medical cannabis dispensary ordinance that was approved in December through Ordinance 3639. Any interested party may appear and be heard at that time.

The proposed Dispensary License review process includes applicant filing, staff review, advisory committee review and public meeting, and selection. The Application Guide describes the submittal requirements, review criteria, and process for issuing the Dispensary Licenses. The proposed fees are intended to ensure that the Dispensary Licensing program is entirely covered by applicant fees including a License Application Review fee ($6,000), Annual Compliance Monitoring fee ($12,000), and Appeals fee ($1,200).
