LAST MINUTE ALERT

—the Oct 14 FireMaster event is POSTPONED—

The new date: Saturday Oct 28 from 9AM – 2PM

Due to continuing poor air quality we have decided to postpone both this event and our e-waste collection. Thanks for your understanding. Please pass the word.

How time flies. Fire extinguishers require annual maintenance, and it’s been over a year since our last FireMaster visit (July 2016). FireMaster Gabe Woods will be at the WPH parking lot where Bridgeway meets Gate 6 Road (formerly known as the railroad property) on Saturday Oct 14 from 9 to 2 p.m. He’ll inspect your equipment on the spot, assess what needs to be done (either recharge or swap out), and let you know how long it will take and how much it will cost. Cash preferred—credit cards not accepted.

$20 per recharge

New extinguishers will also be available for purchase, at prices below what you would pay at retail:

$50 per refurbished/new 5 lb extinguisher
$30 per refurbished/new 2.5 lb extinguisher

Kill 2 birds with one stone. This event coincides—same place, same time—with the annual e-waste collection and recycling event: Sat Oct 28 – FREE e-Waste Recycling.
